Terms of return (i.e. number of days)

• Not all items are eligible for a refund 
• Item(s) must be returned before 30 days after purchase 
• Item must be unopened or lightly used 
• Crystals may NOT be damaged 
• To issue a refund please contact us with the info provided on the "Contact Us" page 
• Reasons for return consist of (wrong product being sent, Item is not needed, Issue with product) 
• Further information will be given upon request for return 
• If item is sent and does not meet the guidelines stated to be eligible a refund may not be processed
